Abstract

Tyrosine-specific protein kinases that transfer the terminal phosphate from ATP to protein acceptors are associated with certain transforming viruses and cell surface growth factor receptors. Here we describe the synthesis and testing of potential multisubstrate inhibitors of this class of enzymes.
