Abstract

Abstract: Novel cADPR mimics, which integrate nucleobase, northern and southern ribose modifications were synthesized. The key steps of the synthesis were a Cu (I)-catalyzed Hüisgen [3+ 2] cycloaddition and a microwave-assisted intramolecular pyrophosphorylation.
