Abstract
Total syntheses of the des-N-methyl (nor) type of benzo [c] phenanthridine alkaloids 1a–f and 19 and benzo [c] phenanthridine alkaloids, chelerythrine (2d), and broussonpapyrine (2f) were achieved.
