Abstract
N, N'-Dibutyl-ethylenediamine (I).-Tn the preparation of this product, bp 110-111 O (8 m~ n.),~ yield, 64%, from five moles of butylamine and one mole of ethylene dichloride,'the high- boiling by-product obtained was identified as N, N', N"-tributyldiethylenetriamine (11), 6 bp 163-165'(8 mm.).
