Abstract
Perchlorinated triphenylmethyl radicals, and their nonradical aH precursors, with hydrogen (2), carboxy (3), carbomethoxy (4), ammonium carboxylate (51, bromo (6), iodo (7), and methyl (8) substituents in the 4-position have been synthesized and their reactivities studied.
