Abstract

A new family of microtubule-targeting agents with a phenothiazine A-ring was synthesized and evaluated for anti-proliferative activity and interaction with tubulin. These new derivatives showed significant activities against cellular proliferation and tubulin polymerization, rather similar to those of phenstatin.
