Abstract:~-Acety1-N1-(4-fluorobenzyl) carbazoy1-a-chymotrypin is a catalytically inactive protein which should closely resemble the acylated enzyme intermediate formed during reaction of chymotrypsin with substrates derived from phenylalanine.
