Abstract

This work addresses the synthesis and biological evaluation of glycosyl diketopiperazines (DKPs) cyclo [Asp-(αGalNAc) Ser] 3 and cyclo [Asp-(αGalNAc) Thr] 4 for the development of novel anti-trypanosomal agents and Trypanosoma cruzi trans-sialidase (TcTS) inhibitors.
