Abstract
The glycosylation reactions with glycosyl phosphites in the presence of catalytic amounts of TMSOTf at low temperature have been studied with different donors and acceptors for the synthesis of several glycosides, including 0-glycosides, S-glycosides, C-glycosides, and glycopeptides.
