Abstract
We describe precise supramolecules that enable the evaluation of the effective hydrophobicity of amphiphilic or “patchy” nanoglobular systems. These supramolecules exhibit the lower critical solution temperature phenomenon, which provides a quantitative measure of their effective hydrophobicity.
