Abstract

Method B. N-[5-[[(Cyclohexylamino) carbonyl] oxy]-2-pentyllnorepinephrine Hydrochloride (14). A solution of compound 28 (1 g, 4.4 mmol), dl-norepinephrine hydrochloride (903 mg, 4.4 mmol), and NaCNBH3 (416 mg, 6.6 mmol) in 35 mL of MeOH was adjusted to pH 6.0 by the additxion of HOAc.
