Abstract

Abstract 4-[p-Nitro-phenyl]-2-formyl-und 4-[p-Nitro-phenyl]-2-formyl-5-carboxy-thiazol wurden aus den entsprechenden Hydroxymethylthiazolen durch Oxydation mit Natriumdichromat erhalten. Durch Kondensation von Chlormalondial-dehyd mit Thiobenzamid erhielten wir 2-Phenyl-5-formyl-thiazol.
