Abstract
Ketones.-The ketones were prepared on a molar scale, using a standard procedure.' After the reaction was com- plete and the mixture processed in the usual manner, the ketones were fractionated through a 27-plate column. Yields were calculated on the material obtained. A 50-g. sample of each ketone was then refractionated through the same column and the physical properties and analyses were determined on the middle fractions of this second frac- tionation.
