Abstract

A series of indazole-dione derivatives were synthesized by the 1, 3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of appropriate substituted benzoquinones or naphthoquinones and N- carboalkoxyamino diazopropane derivatives. These compounds were evaluated for their effects on human carbonyl reductase.
