Abstract

A series of cathinone (a-aminopropiophenone) analogues was examined using the isolated rat fundus preparation.(S)-(-)-Cathinone possesses twice the serotonin receptor affinity of (&)- cathinone and four times the affinity of racemic amphetamine.
