Abstract

(6-OH-a-Me-Dopa) are reported. Hemodynamic studies in the rat have shown that this structural analogue and potential metabolite of the clinically useful drug (S)-a-Me-Dopa possesses weak hypotensive activity which resides in the R enantiomer.
