Abstract
Abstract A series of derivatives of (1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydro-1-quinolyl)-,(1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydro-2- isoquinolyl)-, and (1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydrosila-2-isoquinolyl) acetic acid, which are structural analogs of glycine, were synthesized. The psychotropic activity and the acute toxicity of the compounds were studied.
