Abstract

A novel series of oxazolecarboxamide-substituted ω-phenyl-ω-(3-pyridyl) alkenoic acid derivatives was discovered as potent dual-acting agents to block the TXA2 receptor and to inhibit the thromboxane synthase (TRA/TSI).
