Abstract
Results Kinetic Runs. The hydrolysis of 2 with a large excess of hydroxide ion was followed spectrophotometrically in water containing 0.05%(v/v) of acetonitrile (b= 0.8 M, NaCl), and the reaction showed very good pseudo-firstorder kinetics.
