Abstract
VIV2 where EB (calculated as 10 203 cm-') and Ex (calculated as 40709 cm-I) are the total translational, vibrational, and rotational energy of the product channel correspondin to the NS (B) and NS (X) for the species N2 (X), NS (B), and NSfX), respectively.
