Abstract
Abstract: A series of novel hybrid 2-(7-chloroquinolin-4-ylthio)-5-(substituted)-1, 3, 4- oxadiazole derivatives have been designed, synthesized which contains different pharmacophores like quinoline and 1, 3, 4-oxadiazole linked via sulfur atom.
