Abstract
Botulinum neurotoxins are the most toxic proteins currently known. Based on a recently identified potent lead structure, 2, 4-dichlorocinnamic acid hydroxamate, herein we report on the structure–activity relationship of a series of hydroxamate BoNT/A inhibitors.
