Abstract

The title compounds were prepared by direct synthesis, in good yields. Diamines used include ethylenediamine, trimethylenediamine, piperazine, and N-(2-aminoethyl) aziridine. Structures of the unsymmetrically substituted diamines were proved by ir spectral data and unambiguous synthesis. The dihydrochlorides of a number of these compounds were also prepared.
