Abstract

Selected examples from three series of isomeric (alkylthio)-1, 2, 4-triazoles were prepared and examined for anticonvulsant activity versus strychnine-, maximal-electroshock-, pentylenetetrazole-, and 3-mercaptopropionic-acid-induced seizures in mice.
