Abstract

Abstract A series of N-substituted phenet hylamines and their corresponding cyclohexyl analogs were prepared and tested pharmacologically for their effects on the duration of hexobarbital anesthesia in mice, and systemic blood pressure and bronchodilatory activity in dogs.
