Abstract

The importance of the bridge linking the two phenyl moieties of substituted phenyl 4-(2- oxoimidazolidin-1-yl) benzenesulfonates (PIB-SOs) was assessed using a sulfonamide group, which is a bioisostere of sulfonate and ethenyl groups.
