Abstract

Based on the antihistaminic activity shown by the triazole analog of histamine, which was previously reported2 it appeared of interest to extend this investigation to some related compounds. A possible mode of action of antihistaminics is by an antagonism in which a blocking molecule adheres to the cell surface and not only prevents histamine from reaching its site of action but also, by the screening effect of large blocking groups, inactivates ...
