Abstract The composition of the products of heterogeneous cohydrolysis of trimethyl-and dimethylphenylchlorosilanes by excess aqueous ammonia (4–5% solution) is determined by the regime of heterofunctional condensation of the initial chlorosilanes with the products of their hydrolysis, triorganosilanols.
