Abstract

Abstract O-Alkoxycarbonyl-Derivate des Tyrosins eignen sich für Peptidsynthesen. Die O- Schutz-gruppen sind gegen Protonensolvolyse und Hydrogenolyse beständig; sie sind auch unter den Bedingungen der Peptidknüpfung stabil und werden in nucleophiler Reaktion, bevorzugt mit Hydrazin oder durch alkalische Verseifung, entfernt.
