Abstract

Systems with pentafluoroiodosylbenzene (PFIB) and hemin (FeTPPCl 8 Cl) in dichloromethane were adopted to study the activities of the model system using toluenes as substrates for P450 enzymes. The oxidation products were mainly corresponding benzyl alcohols and benzaldehydes.
