Abstract

Materials and Methods. IR spectra were obtained as KBr disks on Nicolet FT6000 series and Perkin-Elmer 1430 spectrophotometers. UV/visible spectra were run on a Perkin-Elmer Lambda 4B instrument. NMR spectra were run on Bruker 250-and 270-MHz spectrometers. Pt NMR spectra (250 MHz) were run in DzO with reference to a 0.1 M Na2PtC1, solution in D20 as external reference.
