Abstract

Thiolsulfonates (aryl, primary, or tertiary alkyl) thioalkylated dithiocarbamates (unsubstituted, N-methyl, N, N-dimethyl) to form unsymmetrical thiocarbamoyl disulfides in 48-88% yield; a promising synthesis of an ammonium alkanesulfinate resulted as a side issue.
