Abstract

Human isoprenylcysteine carboxyl methyltransferase (hIcmt) is a promising anticancer target as it is important for the post-translational modification of oncogenic Ras proteins. We herein report the synthesis and biochemical activity of 41 farnesyl-cysteine based analogs versus hIcmt.
