Abstract
We underwent the synthesis of non-hydrolyzable analogues of phosphotyrosine incorporating both of these structural moieties, of which the influence on the binding to the catalytic site was very recently illustrated. We present here our preliminary results dealing with the synthesis of derivatives of 4-[(diethylphosphono)-2′,2′-difluoro-1′-hydroxyethyl]-dl-phenylalanine.
