Abstract Recently, 1, 3-DAGs (1, 3-diacylglycerols) have attracted considerable attention as healthy components of food, oil and pharmaceutical intermediates. Generally, 1, 3-DAG is prepared by lipase-mediated catalysis in a solvent free system.
