Abstract

Discussion Currently there exists only one electrophilic affmity label for glucocorticoid receptors. This is Dex-Mes, which displays irreversible antiglucocorticoid a~ tivity.'-~ J~ We have now prepared several new potential electrophilic affinity labels which could have irreversible agonist or antagonist activity.
