Abstract

Abstract Alkenyl (phenyl) iodonium salts undergo cross-coupling with both vinyl and allyl trialkyltin compounds stereoselectively and at room temperature. Mild conditions are attributed to the high reactivity of Pd (0) toward the electrophilic hypervalent iodine molecule.
