Abstract

A glyceride derivative of chlorambucil (2), 1, 3-dipalmitoyl-2-[4-[bis (2-~ hloroethyl) amino] benzenebutanoyl] glycerol (l), was synthesized and tested as an orally administrable antineoplastic drug endowed with lymphotropic properties.
