Abstract

Abstract Oxidant-dependent Cu-catalyzed alkynylation and aminomethylation reactions have been achieved under facile and mild conditions. TMEDA coupled with various terminal alkynes via C–H bond cleavage in good yields using atmospheric oxygen as an oxidant.
