Abstract

N-(1, 2-dimethylethenylenedioxyphosphoryl) imidazole~(1) in the same solvent, and the mixture is stirred for 45 min (20, 0.6 M). R20H is introduced, and the solution is stirred at 20'for periods which vary with the structure of the alcohols; reaction times are conveniently ascertained by IH NMR spectrometry.
