Abstract

Abstract (Aminoalkoxy) silanes have been prepared by alcoholysis of tetraethoxymethyltriethoxy-and dimethyldiethoxysilane with aminoalcohols in the presence of the corresponding sodium alcoholates. PMR and IR studies show that the compounds are tetrahedral.
