Abstract

The results were found to be compatible with ultraviolet spectra of the above compounds and of their sulfur and oxygen analogs were measured. was found to increase from the oxygen to the sulfur to the selenium analogs. increasing polarization in passing from carbonyl to thiocarbonyl to selenocarbonyl bonds.
