Abstract

We report herein one??pot reaction for the synthesis of dithioacetals as well as an efficient and high??yield method for the preparation of oxathioacetals. These methods are also efficiently used for the synthesis of chiral dithioacetals and oxathioacetals. Though various methods for the synthesis
