Abstract

A method for the synthesis of titanocene (IV) aryl carboxylate complexes is presented in this paper. It is based on the fact that alcohol can catalyze the reaction between Cp2TiCl2 and aryl carboxylate ligands in the presence of sodium hydroxide (NaOH).
