Abstract
The molar paramagnetic solvent shifts (MPSS's) of (biphenyl)-. Li+,@-terphenyl)--M+(M= Li, Na),(naphthalene)-. M+(M= Li, Na, K),(2-tert-butylnaphthalene)-. li+,(2, 6-di-tert- butylnaphthalene)-. li+,(phenanthrene)-. M+(M= Li, Na, K),(anthracene)-. M+(M= Li, Na, K),(pyrene)-. M+(M= Li, Na, K),(chrysene)-. M+(M= Li, Na, K),(cis-stilbene); Li+, and (truns- stilbene)-. Li+ have been measured in tetrahydrofuran (THF) at 60 MHz and at 35* 1" C. ...
