Abstract

Abstract The products of reaction of C 3 F 6 with CH 3 OH, initiated by vacuum ultraviolet, were determined. The kinetics scheme of the process was proposed. The parameters of the kinetic processes were calculated. The feasibility of photochemical preparation of 2, 2, 3, 4, 4, 4-hexafluoro-1-butanol was analyzed.
