Abstract
Chloroacetic acid in the ozonolysis of (li) was identified by comparing the mass spectrum with that of authentic sample and determined by gas chromatography. The conditions were as follows: column, 2% FFAP on Gas Chrom Q (80-100 mesh), 4 mm X 1 m, glass; column temperature, 80-210" C, programmed at 10 OC min-'; injection temperature, 220" C; detector temperature, 240 OC; detector, FID.
