Abstract

Moderate diastereoselectivities (de 2–62%) of isoxazolidine homonucleotides were observed for cycloadditions between N-methyl-C-(diethoxyphosphoryl) nitrone and N-allyl nucleobases, with trans-isoxazolidines predominating.
