Abstract
Recently we describedl a series of 4-substituted 3-hydroxy-lH-pyrrole-2, 5-dione derivatives which were shown to be potent inhibitors of the enzyme glycolic acid oxidase (glycolate: Oz oxidoreductase, EC 1.1. 3.1)(GAO).
