Abstract
It has been reported that trialkylacetamidesl (I), trialkylethylamines2 (11) and trialkylacetic acids3 (111), in which R is a 3, 4 or 5 carbon atom alkyl group and R3 totals 12-18 carbon atoms, possess musculotropic antispasmodic activity equal to or greater than papaverine.
